My wife and I spent years taking care of her aging parents and then my aging parents. Many lessons were learned along the way. Much knowledge was gained, slowly, and the hard way.

I am here to give you this knowledge, for free.

During my caregiving journey I found many resources, but they were using single issue. 

I couldn't find a resource that listed all the types of information I needed which would be a basis for me to dive deeper and to prepare in advance for the inevitable challenges ahead of me. 

I couldn't find it, so I created it. The result is this website, and it is yours, for free.

I am also a Realtor in Louisville, KY with 25 years of experience helping thousands of buyers and sellers along the way. I also have earned the designation Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) that is held by a very small number of Realtors nationwide.
